    Hi sr I am suffering from acl tear since two months. I want to know how can I come back normal with out surgery

    Hi sir,
    I am sanuth from kerala.I am a cricket player. I had an ACL partial tear on my right knee on December 6 2015. I did physiotherapy nd rehab and strenghtening program and started plaing again…But unfortunately i couldnt continue the strenghthening due to some personal reasons nd had to play a match and while fielding my knee slipped and got swelling again on my knees. please help me get back without a surgery.
