I came to Sparrc with a long term spinal problem. I suffered out of neck and low back pain including severe numbness in the leg. I had great difficulty in managing my regular activities.
At Sparrc, few weeks of therapy followed by rehabilitation (without medicine), improved flexibility of the muscles very much. Thereafter, I did fitness exercises, which completely eradicated the pain in my neck and low back including the numbness. Now, I am able to do my normal activities with ease.
