This 10 days camp for at least two hours a day helps children understand the importance of Health and Fitness. They enjoy every activity and get motivated to exercise regularly. Postural evaluation and fitness assessment are done to prescribe the optimal level of exercise for the individual. Group Activities like yoga, aerobics, swissball exercises and kalari are introduced and it brings a great deal of happiness and liking on fitness workouts. Indigenous games are played during the camp and this gives a sense of pride and children love it. Yes, of course there is no fun without major games like cricket, football in a sports and fitness camp. We do encourage our children to know their strengths and weakness in these games. Parents can accompany them for a session of nutrition tips. And valediction as the last event with a participation certificates to cherish in memory.
