I had incurred an ACL tear in knee while playing about 7 years back. I got well with physiotherapy but again it got torn in 1 year, got healed by physiotherapy and in next 6 months, again it tore. This time I chose an unorthodox approach and went to a vaidya where I got complete relief from pain and I could work comfortably. Until last year, while playing, I got it ruptured & doctors suggested ACL reconstruction. But, somehow, I am trying to avoid surgery & since then its taken a toll of my physical health & strength since I’m unable to work-out.
Is there a way to avoid surgery & still get my torn ACL healed?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
